Got a fake PayPal message about a $500 order I never made

I got a message from someone trying to act like PayPal. They said I placed an order for $500 through them, which I absolutely did not do. It's clearly a scam.

I tried to report this scam here, but the upload system is broken. This is actually the second scam I'm trying to report. Every time I try to upload the images as proof, it just gives me an "Error uploading file" message. I tried over and over. I refreshed the page. Nothing worked. The file is a PNG and it's less than 5MB, so that's not the problem. Your system just won't take it.
