Email saying I paid $400 through PayPal but I never did

Got an email saying I paid $400.28 through PayPal. But I checked my account and there's no money gone. I barely ever use PayPal, so this felt off right away.

The email came from [email protected] and had a phone number 1(813) 543-3260 on it. Said the PayPal address was San Jose, CA. But I don't know who this person is or why they'd say I paid them.

Just wanted to report it because I never authorized anything and I'm worried someone's trying to get into my account or something.
