Letter about a 2026 safety manual says I owe $295 for OSHA

I got this letter in the mail. It’s titled “2026 Safety Manual Order Form” and it says I have to pay $295 or I’ll be fined for an OSHA violation. It looks pretty legit honestly, it’s got a QR code and everything.

But I looked it up on Google and found out it’s a scam. The phone number on it is (888) 201-1992 and the website is www.paysafety.org. They even have an email, [email protected]. The address they list is in Washington, DC. I didn’t pay anything, but it’s scary how real it looks.
