Paid for an order that never came, no way to contact them
Since then, nothing. No shipping info, no updates. I've tried emailing the customer service address they list, [email protected], multiple times. No one ever writes back. There's no phone number to call. There isn't even a place on their website to cancel the order or ask for a refund.
It's like they just took the money and disappeared. I have no idea where my order is or if it will ever ship. There's no way to get in touch with anyone.
