Ordered a book and no one will answer me

I ordered a book on 04/09/2026 from that paysfer.com site. It still just says order placed ready to ship and has said that since I bought it.

I tried to contact them twice through their customer service thing but nobody ever wrote back. So I'm out thirty bucks now and no book.
