Saw a TikTok ad for a boneless couch and still nothing

I saw this ad on TikTok for a boneless couch and it looked good so I placed an order on May 31st. They texted me saying my order was received and then I started getting emails saying it was on the way.

But then the emails started not making sense. They said the wrong access number to the gate was given but there is no gate in my community. Now it's July 14th 2026 and I still haven't gotten anything. They said my package was delivered on July 12th and to email them if I didn't get it in 24 hours. I emailed them and no reply. I lost $17.98.

TikTok ad for an e-bike never showed up

I saw an ad on TikTok for an E-bike on May 15, 2026, and I paid for it. It was $57.98. On June 11th I checked the tracking and it said attempted delivery but no one came to my house at all.

I have been emailing the contact info they gave me asking for the carrier and real tracking details. They just keep giving me the run around. Now when I go to their site there is nothing for sale anymore. I have screenshots of everything.
