Got a text saying I won a prize from a lottery I never entered.

I got a text message. It said it was from publisher clearing house, and also something called the north america lottery and provincial sweepstakes. The text said I won $750,000 and they sent a check for $9,800. It told me to contact a Richard Walker at 332-378-8623 for my future payment.

I never entered any lottery or sweepstakes with these people. It just felt off. I didn't call the number. I don't know who this Richard Walker is or why they're texting me about winning money I didn't win.
