Video call saying I won a prize with documents attached

Somebody called me saying they were from the PCH Prize Patrol. They did a video call with me and then sent over some documents that were supposed to prove I was a winner. The email came from [email protected] and they gave an address in Desoto, TX 75115.

It all felt off. They had a website listed as google which didn't make any sense. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it because this whole thing seemed weird. Just a phone call and then documents trying to make it look real.
