Unauthorized charges from PDFguru on my business card

I started seeing these $49.99 charges from PDFguru on my business credit card. I never signed up for anything with them. So I went to their site, pdfguru.com, to figure out how an account was even created. It was extremely difficult to understand how to cancel this phony subscription. The whole thing felt off.

This company is deceiving. They are very unclear in their practices and they don't explain to the customer what the transaction is for. I'm out $400 because of these charges. The address they have is just St Paul, United States. I want this stopped and my money back.
