A Scam Like Website Masquerading a Legitimate One
When you try to contact them, they will say that the deduction is legitimate and complies to its non-refundable policy and refuse to return a single cent to you.
There is no way to delete the credit card details from your account in PDF Guru. They try very hard not to let you delete the card details. The only way to do it is to go to your credit card app and delete from there. By then, it may be too late as they will have already scam at least USD49.99 from our account, but at least we can stop the subscription.
Just stay far from it. Not worth the trouble.
Unauthorized charges from PDFguru on my business card
This company is deceiving. They are very unclear in their practices and they don't explain to the customer what the transaction is for. I'm out $400 because of these charges. The address they have is just St Paul, United States. I want this stopped and my money back.
