Keeps trying to charge me $49 after a small initial transaction

I got a text from pdfhelp.com. It was about some online purchase thing. I had an initial transaction for $1.43, which went through.

After that, they started trying to bill me for $49. My bank declined the charge. They just kept trying to do it again. I’ve had to close my cards each time because of it. It’s been a real hassle. I never signed up for any $49 charge.
