Paid for a flagger job orientation and equipment but got nothing

I saw this job offer online for a flagger position paying pretty good. They had me come in for a class at that address on SE Steele Street for the registration and orientation stuff. Said I needed to get my own equipment for the testing part.

They told me I could buy the equipment through them for $100 cheaper than what the stores charge. So I paid them $435 for everything. That was a few weeks ago now. Never got the equipment and never got my flagger card either. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and called the number they gave me but nobody picks up or writes back. Their website is still up though at pdxadvancedtcs.com. Just feels like I threw my money away.
