Ordered from peachlevy.com and never got my items

I ordered some items from peachlevy.com. Right away I got an order confirmation email with an order number and a tracking number. But I never got another email after that. I had to keep going back to that first email to check for any updates on my order.

Then, 30 days later, the tracking said my order had been delivered. But the delivery date it showed was for the next day, and it had a specific time listed. That didn't make any sense. I never received the order at all. I'm out $28.
