They keep trying to charge me after they said they cancelled everything

I saw a Facebook ad for a thyroid supplement from Peak Form Supplements. I went to their website, peakformsupplements.com, and placed an order. There was no indication anywhere that it was a subscription or that I'd be charged every month.

After the first charge, I contacted customer service. They assured me there would be no more charges and said they had cancelled everything on their end. But they've still been trying to collect another payment from me. It doesn't make sense. They told me it was all taken care of, but it clearly wasn't. Their email is [email protected]. I just want them to stop trying to take money from my account.
