Can't cancel a subscription they claim is cancellable

I got a message through Instagram from Peakfinity Ventures. They were promoting some kind of retail business thing. I looked into it and they have an email, [email protected].

The problem is the subscription. They say you can cancel it, but they won't actually let you. They claim they do allow cancellation, but when you try, it doesn't work. It feels like a runaround. I didn't end up losing any money, but that's just because I caught it. The whole thing seems off. They make a claim but don't follow through.
