Voicemail about a complaint receipt I never heard of

I got this voicemail left on my phone from someone named Pearl. They said they were following up on a complaint receipt for someone named Lee Borton, which isn’t me. The reference number was 2350-11015. They said documents were being prepared to send out and I’d need to sign for delivery.

Then they said if they couldn’t reach me at home they’d try my verified place of employment to stop further action. That part didn’t make sense. They said to call 951-934-0237 and that the call was recorded. There’s no company name or website or anything. I never filed any complaint. I didn’t call back.
