Tire shop did not balance my tires and I have video proof

I had an appointment for tire rotation and balancing. I forgot my dashcam was on and when I checked it later they didnt balance my tire. I have the video on my sd card and I cant upload it right now but if you need to see it I can show it. This was at the address 98-115 Kamehameha Hwy Aiea, HI 96701.
