Ordered a lamp in February and no one will reply to my emails

I ordered a stained glass lamp back in February 2026. It was called the Garfield Enchanted lamp. I got an email on February 23rd saying it was being processed. That was the last I heard from them.

I’ve emailed them three times now. No response at all. I had a tracking number CN7164728069INT and an order number 1144. I paid 19 dollars for this. It’s not a ton of money but still.

I just want my lamp or my money back. Nobody answers me.
