Bought a subscription box for my daughter and never got more than one

I bought my daughter a monthly subscription box for her birthday back in March 2026. We got the first box and then nothing after that.

The only way to contact them is by email. I sent an email on 6/1/26 and got an immediate reply saying my email would be addressed in 72 hours. I still haven't heard anything back. I asked for a full refund since I never got any additional boxes. I'm out $210.
