Ordered seeds and never got them or a real refund

I ordered seeds on June 26th for a little over $50. They said they would do everything in their power to send them within 24 hours. Couple weeks went by and I heard nothing.

I emailed them asking about the status of my order and heard nothing back. Then a week later I got an email saying I’ve been refunded but I can’t find the refund anywhere. They took my information, they have my financial info, and I have nothing to show for it. Also it’s very strange that there is no address that I can find anywhere on the whole website. The only thing that made me believe it was the state of Florida was because it said Florida agricultural station in the website.
