Email saying my PayPal was charged $349 for Coinbase

I got an email saying my PayPal account was charged $349.00 and it would be deducted within 24 hours. It said if I didn't recognize it to call this number: (805) 843-0808.

The email looked official, had a Billing Support Team signature and everything. Said the product was Coinbase BTC and the payment status was processing. There was also a link to click to show the transaction but I did not click it.

It just felt off. I didn't order anything from Coinbase for $349. The whole thing didn't make sense. The email came from [email protected] which is not PayPal.
