Ad for a coffee pot I never got and no one answers

I saw an ad on Facebook for the PERCOVA coffee pot. It said it was an electric percolator with accessories. I paid 37 dollars for it and the money was taken out of my bank.

I never got the item. I tried emailing them but nobody responds. They said I could track it through Shop but when I checked the Shop website they said they don’t have that company. So I have no idea what happened to my money or the pot.
