Personality test charged way more than the dollar they said

I took a personality test on their website persolabs.org and it said it would only charge me a dollar. That was a lie. A week later I see $39.95 taken out of my account.

I canceled my account right after that because I thought that would end the charges. But nope. I got charged $29.95 two more times after that. I even contacted them and they told me the refund policy is waved when I open the website. That doesn't make any sense to me. They have my email [email protected] and I think their address is in WY but I'm not sure. I just want my money back.

Charged twice for a subscription I never signed up for

I went on their website persolabs.org and bought something, I don't even remember exactly what now. Then I see on my bank statement they charged me 39.99 and then another 29.99. It was for some automatic subscription thing. This was not clearly advertised at all. I never agreed to that.

I didn't even notice it at first. It was just two random charges. I lost $70.00 total to these people. There was no clear warning about any automatic renewals or subscriptions when I was checking out. It just feels like a sneaky way to get more money. I had no idea this was going to happen.

Personality test charged me $29.95 after I canceled

I took an online personality test on Persolabs.org and agreed to pay $1.45 for it. That was all I agreed to. But then the website kept trying to charge me $29.95 over and over.

I emailed them at [email protected] and they said I signed up for a subscription. I didn't sign up for any subscription. I told them to stop and I even ended the subscription on their site even though I never signed up for it in the first place.

Then the very next day they actually charged me the $29.95. After I had emailed them and canceled. I was able to dispute it with my bank but it was ridiculous. I looked online after and saw tons of reports from other people saying the exact same thing happened to them. Clearly a scam.

They took $70 from my account without asking and I never signed up

This company persolabs.org took money from my account without my permission. I never signed up for anything or used their services. First they took $40 and then another $30. All unauthorized. I did not authorize any of this.

I have no way to call them because there is no phone number. I have emailed them at [email protected] over and over asking them to stop taking money and to give my money back. I already notified my bank and canceled my ATM card. I don't have this kind of money to lose. I am sick to my stomach over this whole thing.

Website charged me $40 after saying it was only $1.95

So I went to this website Persolabs.org and they said it was just a $1.95 test charge. Nothing on there said anything about $40. But then they charged me $40 anyway. I didn't sign up for that.

I tried to cancel the subscription but I think they kept charging me even after that. Lost about $39.95 total. The address they had was in MA, USA. Feels like they tricked me.

Website took one dollar then charged forty more without asking

So I went on Persolabs.org and authorized them to take just $1. That was fine at first. But then a week later they charged my card almost $40 without me saying it was okay. I didn't agree to that. It was supposed to be just the one dollar. Now I'm out the money and I can't get it back. They just took it. No warning or anything.
