Got a text about a loan application I never made.

I got this text message out of nowhere. It said I filed for a personal loan, which I absolutely did not do. The text had a phone number to call, (855) 909-0848. It felt off right away because I never applied for anything. I didn't call the number or lose any money, but it's still unsettling to get a message like that about something I didn't do. Just a random text trying to get me to call them.
