Getting constant calls and texts for loans I never asked for

I keep getting calls and texts, like 3 or 4 times a day. It happens at all hours, even on weekends and late after work. They're all about personal loans that I never applied for. I don't know who these people are.

I've told them multiple times to take me off their call list. They just won't stop. The calls and texts keep coming. It's from a number 1(888) 899-4905 and they say they're from CA. I never gave them my number.

They keep calling every day about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting calls every single day from different phone numbers. They always say I've been qualified for a personal loan. I never asked for any loan. I've told them over and over to take me off their call list, but it doesn't stop anything. They just use a different number the next day. One of the numbers they used was (712) 512-9533. It's really frustrating.
