Ordered a sweater that was the wrong size and terrible quality

I ordered a men's sweater from PeterOliveira. When it finally showed up, it was the wrong size. The quality was also extremely poor, nothing like what was shown.

I tried to get this resolved through their support email. Every time I contacted them, it was just delaying tactics. The responses I got felt like they were probably from an AI or automated, not a real person trying to help.

I am out sixty dollars for this. The whole thing has been a complete waste of money and time.
