Paid for a truck part on Facebook and then got blocked

I ordered a tailgate for my truck from peterssalvageyard on Facebook. I paid $400 for it. They told me I would get a tracking number. Instead, I got a link to pay another $150 for insurance. I never got any tracking details. Then they just blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't contact them at all. The phone number listed is (506) 615-8080 and the email is [email protected]. The address they use is 550 100 e nephi ut, Nephi, UT 84648. I lost the $400.
