Ordered a dog toy once and they keep charging me every month

I bought a dog toy for $15 from some website. It was just one time, no subscription or anything like that. Then I noticed $56 coming out of my account every month. This has been going on for three months now and it’s still happening.

I tried looking at the charges but the company name isn’t even listed right. The address they gave was in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I lost about $150 total so far and it keeps taking money. I never signed up for anything monthly.
