Ordered shock collars but they never showed up and then they tried charging me more

I ordered some shock collars and they never came. Just never showed up. Then the company tried to take 69 dollars out of my account three different times. I already lost 20 bucks on the original order.

They kept trying to pull that 69 out even after I didn't get the first thing. I had to watch my account like a hawk. No idea what they were thinking or if it was just some automated thing but it felt wrong. Never got the collars and they kept trying to take more money.
