Ordered Memocept twice after bank said first was declined

I ordered a product online. During the transaction a alert came from my bank saying it was declined. Then I got another offer for the same name Memocept but with a bigger quantity. So I ordered that one for $360.

Now both orders showed up. Same product name but different labels from different suppliers. Different ingredients too, just all mixed up vitamins. I thought the first order didn't go through so I only meant to buy the $360 one.

I want both orders to honor their guarantee and refund my money. I wont use either product because I think it's a scam. I am also filing a claim with my credit card. When I try to call about the product a message plays and then it hangs up.
