Hired movers for a piano and never got my deposit back
The moving day came and the time slot just passed. I called him and he said he was delayed a couple hours because he was arguing with a client. A couple hours later I called again and he pushed it back again. I called one last time and cancelled. He said he would refund me right away. I waited a couple hours and then he said he would pay in the morning.
Mid-afternoon he said his guy was going to pay me, but when I tried to call his worker, his "wife" texted back saying he was in court. I still have not gotten my refund. Their website is pianomoversnashville.com and the phone number is (615) 632-6758. I lost $125.
