Entered my number on pickhealthinsurance.com and now getting endless calls and texts

I was just looking for dental insurance online and came across this site pickhealthinsurance.com. It looked legit so I put my phone number in to get some info. Big mistake.

Right after that I started getting slammed with calls and texts nonstop. I’ve been trying to reply with "unsubscribe" and "stop" and blocking numbers but it doesn’t seem to matter. There’s just so many of them coming from different numbers. The website has a contact us page but no actual address listed. I haven’t lost any money yet but it’s driving me crazy.
