Charged $50 for a photo service that didn't even work

I got a text about a service to make a photo clearer so I could read it. It was supposed to be a one-time thing for like $1. I bought it, but it didn't even work.

Now they're charging me $50. They're saying it's a subscription. For something that doesn't work. The website is picmuse.co and the email is [email protected]. I never agreed to pay $50.
