Facebook ad for Capri pants that never showed up

I saw an ad on Facebook for a bundle of lightweight Capri pants from pieacht. Looked good so I ordered them. That was over three weeks ago now.

I got two emails saying I could track my order but when I click the link there is no tracking number. Just nothing. So I tried emailing [email protected] like the emails said to do and it just bounces back saying no such email exists. I paid $31.97 for these pants and I have nothing.
