Ordered something in June and never got anything

I placed an order on June 13 and I never got it. No label was created no shipment nothing. I just paid and nothing showed up.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but got no reply. They have a website called shop but I dont even know what the real company name is. I lost $28.76.

Its been a while now and I still have nothing. No tracking no update no package.
