Charged twice and can't get anyone to answer from Pilates.com

I ordered a Pilates board from their site Pilates.com. They charged me twice for it. When I tried calling the number that showed up on my bank statement the call just hangs up right away.

The chat on their website doesn't work either it just sends you to some email address [email protected] and nobody ever wrote back. I had to call my bank to dispute it and change my card which was a whole hassle because this place has my card info now.

They also tacked on some charge for $107.56 that I never agreed to. The site says $9.99 a month for a subscription but I didn't sign up for any subscription. They just took the money without asking.
