No return policy listed and they gave a fake number to my credit card company
I ordered from The pillow home web site. The merchandise came from some international country they never told me about. The item was defective and when I tried to return it I found out the return policy was never on their site anywhere. They also didn’t say that the buyer has to pay for the return shipping.
Then when I tried to dispute it with American Express, this company gave them a phone number that doesn’t even work. A false phone number. There was no specific name I could even address my email to, just [email protected].
American Express still took their side. Even though this company gave them bad info and a non working number and never put their return policy on the website for anyone to see. I lost $75.00.
