Mail about a product that was not what they showed online

I got this thing in the mail from your website Pinbaodr.com and it is not what you had advertised on your site. Not even close. I want my money back, the full 57 dollars.

I took a picture of what showed up so you can see. It’s just not right. Please just give me a refund.

Ordered something online and never got it, card dispute denied

I ordered from that website pinbaodr.com and paid $39.78. Never got the product. So I disputed it with my card company and they denied my refund request and closed the case. I don't get it. The company sent me a couple emails saying I would get a full refund but I never received anything. So now I'm out the money and nothing I can do about it.

Ad for easy dental replacements took my money and never sent anything

I saw an ad for those easy dental replacements. The site said I would be charged $45 and get the item in 7 to 10 business days. I never got it.

Now when I try to go to the website that shows up on my bank statement, it just takes me to some storage container website. I lost $42.15. The address they had was Point Pleasant, WV 25550. I don’t know what else to do.
