Ordered a tiller weeks ago and tracking keeps changing

I ordered a tiller on May 25. It is now June 20 and I still have not received it. The tracking number they gave me keeps changing the delivery date every time I check. I am cancelling and reporting this. I paid $395.00 and got nothing. The website is Pincrest and the email they used was [email protected].
