Ordered jewelry from Pingucci and they disappeared with my money

I saw this website www.pingucci.com selling jewelry. I placed an order and paid $144 for it. The payment went through, I got a confirmation. That was it.

After that, nothing. No shipping info, no replies to my email to [email protected]. I tried calling the number listed, (000) 000-0000. No answer, nothing. They just took the money and vanished. The whole thing feels like a complete scam. I never got my order, not a single update.
