Paid for shoes I never got and now they won't answer

I ordered a pair of shoes from pinkpookie.com and paid $48.90. That was a while ago and I still haven't gotten them. I emailed [email protected] a few times but nobody ever wrote back.

The phone number they had listed, 1(260) 250-2693, doesn't even work. So I can't call anyone. I just want my money back or the shoes. Not sure what else to do.
