Got a weird pink postcard about winning money

I got this pink postcard in the mail. It says I won money and to call this number, (866) 202-1636. It says they're in St. Louis, MO. I never entered any giveaway or anything. It feels like a scam to get my information. I didn't call them and I didn't lose any money, but it's just a creepy thing to get in your mailbox. I don't know how they got my address.
