Order wrong and no way to return it after being overcharged
This is my second email to Pinklizecosh and still no response. I tried calling the two phone numbers they have listed, 412-205-8104, but nobody picks up.
My order number is 427RUIM-14730, confirmed on May 24 from order #D26519. First off the order is wrong. I did not order the shipping insurance for $2.99, and I definitely did not order some Blind Box thing for $442.00. No idea what that even is.
Then I see on my credit card I was charged by something called Avantigarde for $50.40 and $63.58. That was really confusing. Who is Avantigarde?
I have not gotten the product yet but an email says it is on its way. I have no clue how to return it. The invoice says 180 days free return so I am going to hold them to that. I will not open the package when it gets here and I want to send it back at their cost. But I cannot reach anyone to find out how to do that.
Please tell me how to get the return. I am very disappointed.
