Got a weird voicemail from someone named Chris about a complaint

I got a call on my voicemail from Pinnical Asset Recovery. The person calling was a woman named Chris. She said she had a complaint order and gave me a case number. She kind of mumbled something like "it is for what's in my office." Then she said my date of birth and social security number were on the complaint.

I haven't called the number back. I did some research and saw the BBB has similar complaints about this. If they were legitimate, by law they'd have to send a written notice in the mail. It just doesn't feel right.
