Paid for a dress on Pinterest and got something totally different

I saw a dress on Pinterest and clicked through to their store and paid $120.00 for it. It took forever to come and when it finally showed up it was a different low quality fabric material totally not what I ordered.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they had was (755) 339-3634. I just want my money back or the actual dress I paid for.
