Email with Costco logo about winning a beach wagon if I pay shipping

I got an email that looked like a Costco survey. It had the Costco logo and everything, said I could win a beach wagon if I just paid the shipping. So I gave them my card to pay the $16.64 shipping.

The charge showed up in my bank account from something called alphavitalmalepower with some numbers, not Costco. Then two days later they tried to pull out over a hundred dollars. Lucky my bank caught it and said it was a scam.

Their website is pionda.com, and the email they used was [email protected]. Address just said OR, USA. I never got any beach wagon.
