Ordered a cat tree in August, still haven't gotten it

I ordered a cat tree from pipecraftpro.com back in August. They took my money, $42.

Then they said they shipped it but it got lost in the mail. They promised to send another one. It's now the middle of February. I still don't have anything.

Every time I check, they just say they're "working on it." That's it. It's been months.
