Ordered from a website and never got my stuff

I placed an order on pipitea.com and my money was taken, but I never got what I paid for. It's been $69.96 just gone. I tried to get help, but there's no phone number to call anyone. The only way is their support email. I've sent four emails now and haven't heard back from them at all. It's like they just took the money and disappeared.
