Someone is using my old website to scam people

I own Pistole Boardshop, it's a skateboard shop here in Spokane. Someone is using an old website address of ours that we don't own anymore. It's been about 10 years since we had that address.

Now there's a fake storefront with my images on it but they're selling products I've never sold. It's not my website. My actual store is at Pistole Boardshop.bigcartel.com. I'm worried people are getting scammed and they're using my family business as the front. I don't know what to do. Their phone number is (509) 473-9430 and the fake site is Pistole Boardshop.com.
