Ordered a portable TV from a TikTok ad and never got anything

I saw this ad on TikTok for a portable TV for $29.00. Sounded like a good deal so I ordered it. My first payment attempt got declined but the second one went through. Ended up being $37.98 with shipping and insurance added on.

That was a while ago and I never received anything. Nothing showed up. No tracking, no package, nothing. I tried looking up the website pixeolane and cant find anything about them now. Just feel like I got ripped off from a TikTok ad.
