Bought electronics on TikTok Shop and never got my order

I bought some electronics through TikTok Shop and the seller was from pixeolane.com. Paid $37.98. Never got anything. Tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Also called the number they had listed (804) 216-0244 and nobody picks up.

The TikTok Shop page looked fine at first but now I feel stupid. Just want my money back or the item. Not sure what else to do.

Ordered from Pixeolane.com and never got my items

I ordered something from Pixeolane.com and never got my stuff. The website is Pixeolane.com and their address is 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. I paid $64.97 and nothing showed up.

I just want my money back or the items I ordered. It's been a while and no reply from them. Feels like a total waste.

Paid for a tablet from Pixeolane and never got it

I ordered a 4K tablet from Pixeolane dot com and paid for it, $32. It never showed up. The tracking just keeps saying “changing route” over and over.

Then yesterday night on the 15th I got a bunch of alerts from my bank that somebody bought something random on Google and also some in person charge with the word city in it. Then on the 16th at 5 am I got two denied charges for $22 on something called kalshi which I think is a gambling app. So whoever runs Pixeolane is probably the one doing this.
